The implementation of Wisestein SCM® begins with integration into the customer’s ERP system. Regardless of which ERP solution is used, it can be integrated with the Wisestein SCM® platform.
“We review the interface specifications together with the customer and, if needed, their ERP partner. The goal is to find the most efficient way to transfer data automatically between systems. Our experience and recommendations play a crucial role in this,” Blomqvist explains.

The Training Path ensures a smooth rollout
Once the platform has been integrated, the Wisestein Training Path ensures that customers get the full benefit from the software.
The exact training content depends on the modules in use, but it is always built around a few core components. In the Basic section, participants learn the key principles and operating models of supply chain management. In the more in-depth Advanced sections, the focus shifts to performance metrics, how to use them effectively, and role-specific insights.
Customers also have access to personal training sessions, where key users receive individual guidance on how to use the platform effectively.
Follow-up training and progress reviews are tailored to the customer’s needs. For example, every 2–3 months the team can review progress toward targets and agree on the next steps.
