History

Pioneering Work

Our story began in the 1980s, when our founder established Jouni Oy and started pioneering supply chain analysis. Over the years, he developed advanced analytical methods and became a thought leader in the field, publishing over ten books on the subject.

SCM BEST OY

In 2010, the company rebranded as SCM Best Oy with the arrival of Ray Blomqvist as a new majority owner, while our founder shifted into an advisory role. This new chapter allowed us to sharpen our focus on cost and profitability analysis, as well as training and coaching services for our clients.

Wisestein SCM®

In 2024, we launched the WISESTEIN SCM® solution family, evolving our products to a new level. Our aim remains the same: to ensure smooth and cost-effective supply chain management, tailored to each client’s needs.
